Heritage Village Anaheim Senior Apartments
Experience the comfort and convenience of a home designed to meet the needs of today's seniors. Heritage Village in Anaheim is proud to offer spacious  1- and 2-bedroom, pet-friendly  apartment homes to the 55+ community.

Our homes offer a large, private living space with ceiling fans and access to a balcony or patio with spectacular views of our park-like community. A fully equipped kitchen with electric appliances, including a refrigerator and plenty of cabinet space makes for easy cooking and clean-up.  Parking is available for just a $5 monthly maintenance fee.

You'll appreciate all of the little things we offer to make you feel comfortable, like central air conditioning, vertical blinds, ceiling fans, large closets. Your patio or balcony even includes a private storage unit!

We Are a Caring Community
Whether your goal is to be active, social or both - Heritage Village can meet your needs. The pool is a great place to relax or get in a no-impact workout. Follow it up with a trip to the soothing whirlpool spa. You can start off the day with a relaxing stroll up to the clubhouse for a free cup of coffee or a morning meeting with the neighbors. Stop by our Residents' Business Center to surf the web or check your email.  At dinnertime, take the party outside to our large picnic area with barbecue grills. On-site 24-hour laundry centers make it convenient to get your laundry done, whenever you want. And, should you need it, our courteous staff offers onsite and on-call maintenance and part-time courtesy patrol.
